There was a need to establish a university for the Armed Forces Education and Training Institute. Currently there is high demand for national security, war strategy, medical, engineering and technology with higher research. To be equal in the world of mobility and the rapidly developing world, the responsibility of a country to study in higher studies, research and education, however, is the responsibility of a country.
