The admission process for HSC or XI Class of the academic year 2019-2020 will start on May 13, 2019. Education Ministry has published the notification of HSC / XI class of all colleges of Bangladesh in the year 2018. This year, XI class students will be admitted to the college and madrasa institutions on the basis of merit. After admission on merit, additional students will be admitted in quota. If the admission is not confirmed even after being selected in the merit list, the students will be able to apply again. On May 7, the Ministry of Education announced the final policy of XI class admission.

Details of XI admission

Last year, in admission to XI Class, 89 percent of students were admitted on merit and 11 percent were admitted in quota. But this year, based on 100 percent merit admission in class XI. Besides, 5 percent of the freedom fighters, 3 percent of divisional and district headquarters, sub-divisional posts of education ministry 2 percent, BKSP 0.5 percent and expatriates 0.5 percent. But if there is no suitable candidate in this quota, no one can be admitted in this constituency.

According to the policy, this year, online and SMS application can be applied for admission. A student can apply for HSC admission to minimum 5 and maximum 10 colleges or equivalent institutions. For admission to the online XI class, every student will have to pay 150 taka through Teletalk mobile. Students will also be able to apply through SMS in a mobile phone to a college in every SMS. For this, the student will have to pay Tk120 for every college through Teletalk mobile. Note that online and SMS will allow a student to apply for the minimum 5 and the maximum 10 colleges.

Apart from this, the policy of HSC admission of private educational institutions of Dhaka Metropolitan area was announced. From now on 5 thousand taka for admission of HSC admission to Dhaka Metropolitan area, there is a fee of 9 thousand taka (Bengali medium) and 10 thousand taka (English medium) admission fee for partial MPO institution of Dhaka. Development fee for all organizations cannot exceed 3 thousand rupees. Instructions have to be issued to receive receipt slips in the course of each sector.

In addition, the HSC admission fee for Dhaka municipal area is Tk 1,000, municipal head office Tk 2 thousand, other metropolitan areas outside Dhaka cannot be more than Tk 3,000.

HSC Admission 2018-2019

According to the principle, HSC online admission process will be started in all colleges between May 13 to 24 and the admission process will end on 30th June. As well as XI classes starting from 1 July.

If any private educational institution violates the admission policy, its MPA will be canceled and action will be taken according to the rules of the government organization. In addition, students will be given priority in their own organization in the field of admission.

HSC admission 2019 application process

In order to apply for admission in class XI, each student can adopt two methods (1) through SMS and (2) through the internet

(1) Application for admission in Class X through SMS

First step: Go to the message option for mobile

Step 2: Enter the first letter of CAD College EIIN Group First 3 letters of your board SSC roll number SSC / equivalent exam year Preferred Shift Send version quota then send to 16222

Step 3: After successful application, the applicant will get the return SMS with the PIN number. After that, you have to give payment related information

Step Four: Recharge more than the fixed amount on your Teletalk mobile and write an SMS:

Send CAD YES PIN number contact no. And 16222

Fifth step: You will get your mobile return SMS, where the name of the candidate and the track number will be mentioned.

** Online HSC admission application will be required to pay 150 taka per student. Apart from this, students will have to pay Tk 120 for each college for mobile application through SMS. It is to be noted that one student can apply for admission to over 10 colleges online and SMS. After submitting an application fee to SMS, students will have to keep their own PIN codes because it is very important for the next admission process.

** If there is no shift of the college in case of admission in class XI, then enter “N” and if you do not wear quota then you do not need to type quota in SMS, leave blank.

The first three letters of the board are: Dhaka Board = DHA, Comilla Board = COM, Rajshahi Board = RAJ, Jessore Board = JES, Chittagong Board = CHI, Barisal Board = Bar, Sylhet Board = SYL, Madrasa Board = MAD, Dinajpur Board = DIN
